Each student will get a chance to share about their work in a circle -- the writer will read a few segments aloud, speak about the piece, and then the next student will repeat the process- while other students are strongly encouraged to write and share thoughts, impressions, and insight into the work on their copy of the piece! Round table discussion moderated by the instructor Diana Forgione and the class to follow each piece. โฃ
The instructor will send out the pieces to everyone the week of to give ample time to read and write comments. Weโll send everyone their own copy to open in google drive during the class so that comments can be made beforehand, and added live during the class and we can share those back to each writer.
โฃ
Open to writers of all experience levels, the aim of these workshops will be to develop and build a mutually constructive vocabulary around poetry, enjoy, uplift, and discover each other's work as friends and fellows in the community.โฃ
