Lagnajita Mukhopadhyay was the first Nashville Youth Poet Laureate and the 2016 Poet Ambassador for the Southeast. She has been published in Nashville Arts Magazine, The Tennessean, Chapter 16, Tinderbox Poetry Journal, Shanghai Literary Review, Atlas and Alice, The Felt, Indian Lit, and Poetry Society of America. Her first book "this is our war" was released through Penmanship Press in 2016. Her second book "everything is always leaving" was released through M.C. Sarkar & Sons in Kolkata, India in 2019. Lagnajita is epic poem collage stranger and break-up with America tour—on self-imposed exile from New Nashville; she doesn’t know anyone here.

Heather Warren (they/them) is a poet and musician from Fairbanks, Alaska. Their work is featured in journals such as, "Flock", "SOUND Literary Magazine" and "The Book Ends Review." Their poetry turns into song form on Harm's full-length album, "Mother Carries." Heather is a 2019 Rasmuson Individual Artist Award recipient. They received their MFA in creative writing from the University of Alaska-Fairbanks and they are currently a student in the Master's of Social Work program online with the University of New England.

Shawn Anto is from Delano, California. He’s originally from Kerala, India. He received his B.A. in English & Theatre at CSU Bakersfield. He is currently pursuing his MFA in Poetry at Columbia University. His writing has been featured or is forthcoming in Sonora Review, Sierra Nevada Review, and elsewhere.

J.L. Moultrie is a native Detroiter, poet and fiction writer who communicates his art through the written word. He fell in love with literature after encountering Fyodor Dostoyevsky, James Baldwin, Rainer Maria Rilke and many others. He considers himself a literary abstract artist of modernity.

Kathleen Williams (she/her) is a singer-songwriter and artist from Texas and got a BA in creative writing from Boise State last year. She has performed music at Death Rattle Writers Fest a few times. She is excited to try reading poetry.

Jayve Montgomery is a Nashville sound artist of the Chicago school of free and improvised music, Sonic Healing Ministries sector. This performance will exhibit a new format of presentation for the artist’s online performances called FRAGMENTS- a realtime collage of audio and audioreactive video and text synthesizing prerecorded fragments of the artist’s creative practice and thought environment for the days leading up to the performance. He will be performing on Shawnee//Yuchi//Cherokee East land.

Kal Walters (he/they) is a visual artist & writer living on unceded Shoshoni Bannock land in Boise, ID, who is regularly captivated by the wordless intricacy of ecosystems, star systems, and emotions. His work has appeared in Timshel Magazine and Trestle Creek Magazine, and he has read at Death Rattle Writer's Festival. His favorite bird is the kestrel.
