Dona Ochoa is a poet and creator from Boise, Idaho. To Dona, writing is a space for expression, investigation, and joy. Their work is influenced by Idaho’s landscape and ecosystems, music, the arts, history, natural sciences, and esoteric studies. Dona is published in Death Rattle Literary’s Oroboro Vol.4 and Boise Spoken Word Collective’s Chapbooks (Vol. 1, 2, and 3). They have also self-published work on Instagram (@littlewolfwords ) and The Guardian, and will release their first collection in print this July. Dona can most likely be found splashing in a nearby body of water, eating pintxos at the Basque Market, writing in a park, or haunting Boise’s foothills – and will most likely have a pen you can borrow @donaochoa’s
