A writing workshop online with Zoom - Make friends and read their poems, get constructive feedback and discussion of your work.โฃ
โฃ๐๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ช๐ด ๐ธ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฌ๐ด: โฃEach student will get a chance to share aloud their piece in a round-table discussion: the poet will read their 1 piece aloud, and then the next student will read the piece aloud again- while other students are welcome to write thoughts, impressions, and insight into the work on their virtual copy of the piece! Round table discussion with the class moderated by the instructor Diana Forgione to follow each piece. โฃAdditional review provided by co-instructor Sarah Pincock.
Open to writers of all experience levels, the aim of these workshops will be to develop and build a mutually constructive vocabulary around poetry, enjoy, uplift, and discover each other's work as friends and fellows in the community.โฃ We will be working off of google drive so we can leave our comments in a linear and readable fashion that can be shared backed to the poet virtually.

Please attach your piece to be reviewed during class in a single .doc or .docx file so they can be shared with your fellow classmates. Please be sure to include or send from a gmail address as well so that we can share everyone's work on Google Drive with the class.

About the Instructors:
Diana Forgione (they/them), MFA Creative Writing and BFA in Film, is a non-binary writer and workshop facilitator in the Northwest region. Diana uses their work to examine the underlying nature of humanity as itโs experienced; attempting to discern the essence of aromanticism and queerness. They are the Co-Founder of Death Rattle Writers Festival, Head Editor for OROBORO, and judge and workshop Instructor for the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. Their work can be found at HomologyLit, Cobra Milk, and Reality Beach among other places.
Sarah Pincock (they/them) is an illustrator and writer making comics that reimagine history with genderqueer and fabulist interpretations of medieval iconography and storytelling. The are co-head editor for OROBORO lit journal. You can find some of their comics or writing in Anomaly , FORGE , Scratch Magazine, and Mountain Bluebird Magazine.
