Stories of:

Balance– of forces / in nature / of inner and outer self
Duality– how you connect with others / vulnerability vs rejection / affection vs. a perceived weakness becoming a strength / harshness / who you are vs. who you choose to become / natural talent vs learned ways of expression / opposites attract
Inner Worlds– moments of finding out what is important and unimportant to you / authenticity / knowing yourself & sharing yourself / being genuine
Unity– commitment & cohesion / instant connection / of light and dark / when what you love in someone else is something you love about yourself /
Devotion / self–assurance / pleasure
Choice– what you will and won’t stand for / prioritizing self, friend, and/or comradely love over "romance" / having a relationship with yourself before anything else / a time you found out what you will and won't stand for

Rules Round up!

Rule # 1: The use of hate speech of any kind will result in immediate banishment. I.e. Racial slurs, body shaming, ableist, classist, homophobic or transphobic remarks or anything else that we define as hateful or racist.
Rule # 2: Each storyteller has 5 minutes to relate their tale. When your time is up we will give you a warning sound effect, which means that you have 1 minute to wrap up your story. Please pay close attention to your time; sometimes it is helpful to practice beforehand to make sure that you can tell your whole story in 5 minutes or less.
Rule # 3: Have fun and be respectful to those that are willing to share with us!
