The Spill: Snow Day

These are stories of our winter experiences that come with the first snow of the season; the cold and the cozy, the chilly and the comforting.

Wishing it would snow or really hoping it doesn’t, having a surprise day off or being stuck or stranded, falling for 9 seconds while shoveling snow, putting on a snowsuit & lying down in the front yard, looking for icicles to eat that don't have very much dirt in them, falling asleep by the fireplace w/ 2 sweaters on, infamous skiing trips & epic sledding hills, sipping cider in the ski lodge or cozy cabin, peeing in the snow, dropping your car keys in the ice fishing hole, lacing up your ice skates or strapping on your snowboard, snow forts and snowball fights, putting a carrot on a snowman's crotch, winter camping and snow forts, Krampus legends and Yeti tales, how tricky it is to drive in snow, staying in with your favorite holiday specials on TV, Icy seasonal experiences and cozy comforts.

Open call for icy/cozy/chilly/comforting stories!

DM us or email deathrattlewriter@gmail.com to sign up to tell your story! Reminder that you have 5-6 minutes storytelling slot, no-notes (like u would tell a friend) 💙🌲☃️❄️
